- found a pattern for a striped sweater

- gonna make a gauge swatch next to make sure my colors look good together

- going with a white background and a mix of brown, green, light purple, dark purple stripes

secret sewing project

- 1 of 4 are done

- I need to get more fabric

- next one I will try to use a slightly different sewing technique and also glue sticks!!

ideas:

- scrap yarn striped sweater

- mohair drop stitch sweater (if I have enough mohair)

slay/play mittens

~probably 3/4 of the way done with these, aspiring to finish before winter ends

~update: very nearly done. this project has been way too technically difficult but I don't care enough to fix the things I messed up. also made me realize I don't like duplicate stitch and would much rather do traditional colorwork
